DK Condominium Management LLC is a professional property management company based in Winthrop, Massachusetts, serving mid-size and large condominiums primarily across the Boston’s North Shore area, including Winthrop, Revere, Lynn and Chelsea. Led by founder and owner / general manager Dalibor Konchar, an attorney and licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience, we combine legal expertise, hands-on management, and a trusted vendor network to deliver exceptional results.

Our philosophy is rooted in professionalism, transparency, value maximization and money-saving strategies.
